As a nurse and someone with personal experience navigating the NDIS system, my husband and I founded Ultima Care to create the service we wished had existed for our family. At Ultima Care, we understand that disability support isn’t just about services — it’s about trust, dignity, and connection.

Too often, I saw individuals fall through the cracks of a system meant to uplift them. That’s why we created Ultima Care — to fill those gaps with compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our clients’ unique needs.
