Hi, I’m Stephen—an Enrolled Nurse and educator with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a strong background in disability and aged care support training. I’ve spent years teaching support workers how to deliver safe, respectful care, especially in areas like first aid, manual handling, and aged care best practices. I started this business after seeing too many providers cut corners—I wanted to create something better, where quality and integrity come first.

I’m passionate about helping staff understand not just how to do the job, but why it matters. Outside of work, I love tabletop gaming with friends (I’ve got quite the setup!), travelling when I get the chance, and most of all, spending time with my family. I’m a proud dad and grandfather, and family is really at the heart of everything I do—including this business.
